|Q||How Long does it take to get my Sky Lanterns delivered?|
|A||All our Sky Lanterns that are sent within the UK are done so by Courier or 1st Class Royal Mail. They get to you within one and three working days.|
|Q||Do Sky Lanterns harm the environment?|
|A||Absolutely NOT! Unlike fireworks, Sky Lanterns are made from biodegradable materials; Mulberry paper and a natural bamboo rim. Once the wick has burned out the lanterns float gracefully to the ground|
|Q||Are there any important safety features to be aware of?|
|A||Sky Lanterns Involve Fire. As a result, you must be cautious, as you would with fireworks or any other flammable source or open flame. Our safety instructions are included with every lantern and are on our website. Please read them carefully and adhere to them to ensure that you gain the maximum pleasure and enjoyment from your Sky Lanterns.|
|Q||How do you light them?|
They are lit from the wick using a flame, a lighter being more appropriate.
The wick should be left to burn for approximately 10 seconds until the wick is sufficiently lit to allow the lantern to fill with hot air.
|Q||What are the best conditions to release them in? Can they be used when it is raining?|
|A||They can be used when it is raining lightly / drizzling, but we advise against using them in heavy downpours.|

|Q||Are they easy to assemble and release yourself?|
Yes, they arrive to you in a flat pack with assembly and safety instructions. They are simple to assemble and release, no use of any tools are needed and require just a little safety sense!
|Q||Do I need a display team or can I order Sky Lanterns and release them at home myself?|
You do not need a display team to release your Sky Lanterns. Once you have chosen your ideal package, they can be ordered by e-mail or by phone. We are available to offer you help and guidance with your diplay via email or by telephone.
|Q||Can I take my lanterns on an aircraft?|
|A||We have 100’s of customers that have taken Sky Lanterns overseas on an aircraft. Flying lanterns are not like traditional fireworks and do not have an explosive element. Simply pack them carefully into your suitcase (not in hand luggage). However, if in doubt, please note that it is advisable to check with the airline as each individual airline may have their own policy.|
|Q||How long do Sky Lanterns fly for?|
Sky Lanterns fly for many miles and as far into the distance as the eye can see. The wick can burn up too 20 minutes before burning out and floating softly back to the ground.
|Q||Can the lanterns be attached to the ground?|
|A||Payment for all orders are processed securely using either HSBC Merchant services (Sage Pay) or by PayPal (depending on your chosen checkout method). We do not have access to store your payment card details.|
