 At Sky Lanterns we aims to post your order by the same or next working day once orders have been placed, and payment received.
UK orders: Are delivered via Courier, Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel post, delivery Order’s taken by 1pm Mon-Thurs, next day delivery
European and Worldwide orders: Are delivered Via DHL & UPS.
Sky Lantern Is happy to hear from you at any time. You can contact us by phone or email. If you have a complaint please contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the problem.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We endeavor to supply only the best quality goods, however, if you are not entirely happy with our goods and the item is unused and in re-saleable condition (the packaging is intact and there are no marks on the product) you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are sent as cheques. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs.
All our lanterns are individually checked before posting. However, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty then please contact us.
Payments by debit or credit card will be taken through the site, which is a secure online payment process.
